What does this mean?
It means children can play golf in a safe environment with qualified coaches and that Dunscar ensures the child's welfare. Dunscar is the first and only golf club in Bolton to hold the award, so you can guarantee we set the right standards for your child! Dunscar provides free coaching to any junior member. This means you can improve your game of golf and learn new skills!
Tri-Golf & Extreme Golf Festivals with local junior & secondary schools
Working with the Thornleigh School Sports Partnership, the Golf Foundation and the English Golf Union, Dunscar promotes golf at all levels. It helps children to experience an introduction to golf, offering group lessons within schools and promotes 'skills for life' messages - values like honesty, co-operation, respect, and self-motivation.
